Headed SMU Women's Connection, which is currently the only official varsity-level feminist student organisation in Singapore. - Shifted SWC's focus towards education and discourse surrounding genders issues for all genders - Facilitated good communication and working relationships within the team and with stakeholders such as the university and external guests - Introduced new campus-wide events and collaborations such as SWC's flagship human library and Voices@SMU x SWC x MSF's Valentine's Day roadshow

Rehabilitation Management Branch, Rehabilitation and Reintegration Division- Conducted a review of skills training programmes for female inmates - Conducted an FGD with female inmates on improving and digitalising prisons processes- Took part in and observed events inside institutions (open visits etc.) and with community partners (Family Partners Day, Care Network Summit etc.)

Worked as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for COR1100 Writing & Reasoning, an introductory writing course- Handled and assisted the Professor with administrative matters pertaining to the course- Managed student affairs and queries
