Today, Nashmir Capsule is the only Empty Halal Hard Gelatin Capsule manufacturer in Malaysia that is certified by Jabatan Kemajuan Agama Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) and Majlis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). With high-quality machines and strict quality control, Nashmir Capsule has the capabilities to produce 5 billions high quality empty hard gelatin capsules annually. The process of manufacturing the capsules follows the GMP and ISO 9001 : 2008. The capsules come in size 0 (the biggest), 1, 2, 3, and 4 (the smallest), with various colors depending on customers' requests. Not only selling empty capsules to the local market, Nashmir Capsule exports their capsules to overseas and have numbers of clients that are mostly from ASEAN and MENA countries.I am currently responsible for: 1. Managing, servicing and handling international clients and accounts.2. Work with the marketing team to generate new accounts while maintaining good relationship with existing clients.3. Attending international and local exhibitions to promote products to visitors.4. Prepare sales contracts between company and clients.5. Conduct market research and study.6. Follow-up with customers including visiting them locally or internationally.7. Follow-up and ensure all payments are collected as per agreed payment term.8. Arranging, scheduling and monitoring export shipments for on-time delivery.9. Work with forwarding agents in preparing shipping documents such as Bill of Lading and Airway Bill, Custom Form (K2 Form) and Singapore GST Permit.10. Work with Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in preparing Certificate of Origin (CO) such as ATIGA, MTFTA, MPCEPA and others.11. Work with Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) and Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services (MAQIS) in acquiring Export Permit and Veterinary Health Certificate.

With more than 18 years of experience in advertising industry, Broncos Worldwide is one competitive advertising agency in Northern region of Malaysia. Strategically located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang, the creative agency provides services such as advertising and media buying, branding, digital advertising, event and exhibition, design service and other creative services.During my internship with Broncos Worldwide, I was assigned under two departments for a period of 4 months. 1. Creative Department (September 2016 - October 2016)I was trained to:- prepare and design annual reports for companies listed in Bursa Malaysia.- design envelopes, cd jackets, cd surfaces, request forms, notice forms, and orther materials that accompanies the annual reports- pocketing and packing marketing collateral before sending them to clients- and prepare mock ups for clients. 2. Marketing Department (November 2013 - December 2013)I was trained to:- search for prospects- contact prospects by phone calls and emails - set up appointment with prospects and existing clients - meet prospects and existing clients, and sell services that match with clients' business nature - follow up with clients- and prepare documentations.During my attachment with the company, I was given the opportunity to design a Christmas postcard. The postcard was posted on Broncos Worldwide's Facebook page for Christmas 2016 that teasing the followers with the company's 2017 calendar theme.

MJ Construction is a construction company located in Parit Buntar, Perak. Founded in 2013, the company started with small scale housing projects in Parit Buntar area. Today, the company has expanded its service that covers the Northern region of Malaysia, which mostly focused in Penang, Perak and Kedah. During my time with MJ Construction, I was responsible to:1. entertain walk-in customers2. consult customers on their house renovations to fit their budgets3. check and update inventory4. design catalogue 5. and keep the cleanliness of the store.

Malaysia Airlines is the flag carrier of Malaysia and a member of One World Alliances. The company's headquarters are located in Kuala Lumpur and owns two subsidiary airlines: Firefly and MASwings. Malaysia Airlines has a freighter fleet operated by MASkargo.During my internship with Malaysia Airlines , I was assigned under two departments for a period of 4 months. 1. Airport Operations Department (November 2012-Mid January 2013)I was trained to:-check in passengers' and tagging baggages- assist passengers to Golden Lounge and boarding gates- assist disabled passengers- assist other international airlines' passengers that are handled by Malaysian Airlines such as China Air, Tiger Airways, Thai Airways, Chatay Pacific Airlines, and Sriwijaya Air- make boarding announcement and boarding pass tear-off- send off flights- and handle delay flights and crisis. 2. Ticketing Department (Mid January 2013-March 2013)In this department, I was trained to:- check and book passengers' flight tickets- entertain walk-in customers- and handle Enrich Miles membership card applications and scholar discount card applications.During my attachment with the ticketing department, I was involved in a one-day Malaysia Airlines' cabin crew interview at the Royal Hotel, Penang. I was a facilitator and my duty was to prepare and update records of disqualified candidates of the interview.

Ashita Trading is a Malaysian trader that sells high quality water dispensers and filters to local businesses and consumers. Headquartered in Alor Star, Kedah, the company has 2 other branches with one located in Sg. Petani, Kedah and another branch is in Parit Buntar, Perak. During my attachment with the company, i was responsible to:1. entertain and promote products in store to customers2. explain and demonstrate the functions of the machines to customers 3. service water dispensers as requested by customers 4. check, update and prepare daily inventory reports 5. and keep the cleanliness of the outlet. I also took an extra effort to promote the products through the Internet (blog) and Facebook. However, the Facebook account and blog are not updated since I left the company to further my study.
