My role as Identity Management Officer entails providing an exceptional experience to stakeholders by processing identity pass applications, processing vetting, and compliance checks.

As a Security Officer, my role was to deliver a safe and secure experience in the airport. I worked as a security officer for over 2 years, and it required performing the job vigilantly while delivering excellent customer service to ensure I make a difference in a passenger’s journey. I have been through extensive training to be the best at my role and the training has highlighted aspects of DFT and CAA.

Typical duties included greeting guests and visitors, answering questions, accepting reservations, checking guests in and out on the hotel's computer system, and processing guest payments.
