 Responsible to receive new / raw goods in the store and verified according to PO and arrange for material inspection by QC. Proceeding GRN and system update for the received materials. Receive materials request from site & factory and arrange to be deliver on time. Assure to issue the materials in the rule of FIFO for all those items with expire. Assure to deliver the materials as per company procedure only. Keep record for all those sites pending materials request. Coordinate with logistics team and assure to deliver the materials to the site. Receive site goods return in store and arrange for inspection, segregation and system transaction, and stock in proper manner to be reuse. Report all return damaged materials / equipment’s. Validating and creating inventory master data and adding new SKUs in the system Checking and processing material order from the designer and create purchase request for the required materials as per the system. Deals with on time quality inspection, tools calibration, third party certification and certificate documentation for the required equipment in the factory and in the sites. Responsible for fixed asset movements, tracking and maintain the record. Responsible to issue the PPE as per company policy and keep the record updated. Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year. Maintaining stock as proper manner in the store.
