We are working hard to be the largest Specialist Staffing Firm ever happened out of India! My brief Career Summary : After my Bachelor's in Microbiology, I started my career in Pharmaceutical sales. I moved on to the Biotech Industry in sales again. After seven years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare experience, I found my calling in the Recruitment Industry when I joined Ma Foi. @ Ma Foi I was fortunate to have got exposure to Staffing Business Operations in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand & Hong Kong. Four of them were start-up operations. We launched IT Staffing, Executive Search & RPO Solutions across these Countries. These five years of overseas exposure allowed me to absorb multi-country workplace nuances and increased my understanding of the 'Cross-Border' Professional Talent movement across APAC.I gained useful insights and networks after working for two reputed Staffing companies Randstad and Kelly Services. The last three years have blessed me with the learnings of an entrepreneur in the staffing Industry.As per MBTI profiling, I am ESTJ.
