I am Heading a team of educators and a cross-functional team for supervising curriculum, admission & grievances.I am Mentoring and guiding over 200 students in batches of 3 on a daily basis in the subject of Mathematics for academic exams and olympiads.

As a Master Teacher at ODA Classes, I delivered lectures of live courses to 3,000 students in long-term programs, as well as to 9,000 students in free sessions on the app and YouTube, focusing on mathematics and reasoning for K-10 students. In addition, In my 340 free sessions, 570 students enrolled in one-week bridge courses.My role encompassed various responsibilities, including curriculum development, module correction, and question bank preparation for the platform. I led a team of 35 mentors, ensuring a finish rate of 80% in live sessions, which resulted in a retention rate of 65%.To facilitate a smooth learning experience for students throughout the academic year, I conducted Parent-Teacher Meetings and discussed feedback and suggestions. Moreover, I played an active role in interviewing and onboarding faculties and mentors for the academic program.

As a Project Head, my role involved taking mathematics lectures for CBSE, Olympiads, and Engineering Entrance Exams. I managed coordination between the school and management, ensuring team coordination to cover the academic syllabus on time. I followed up on students' and parents' queries while implementing strategies for the academic sessions. To ensure a positive learning experience, My team provided regular feedback and conducted regular PTM's and counselling sessions for students. My team efforts resulted in retaining almost 85-90% of students every academic year. Furthermore, the team spearheaded the growth of DPS GTB project by 1.6x in 2017-18 and the LVIS project by 3.4x from 2018-20.My commitment to academic excellence resulted in achieving an average of 92-96% marks in Mathematics with few perfect scores every academic year. I also successfully coached students for Olympiad selections, including NTSE, PRE RMO, IMO, NSO, and KVPY. Additionally, my guidance resulted in student's selections in JEE Mains & Advance, BITSAT.

I had the privilege of mentoring 200 students in the 11th and 12th class batches for mathematics under the UNACADEMY ICONIC program, which was introduced for the first time. My work involved onboarding new students to the platform and making them aware of the features of the ICONIC plan and UNACADEMY app. I also taught specific topics and provided live doubt-solving sessions over Discord to ensure that each student received personalized attention and support. In addition to teaching, I provided counselling services to help my students navigate the challenges of exams and make informed decisions about their career paths. Furthermore, I conducted parent-teacher meetings to discuss detailed student reports and understand the specific problems faced by each student. Based on these insights, I collaborated with parents and guardians to suggest actionable steps for improvement and ongoing success.

One of the India's earliest D2C NFC products based company.During final year of my engineering we had to propose a capstone project, one of my friend introduced me to this magical technology. When I had to import the tags for my project from Australia. I did the market research and find out there were rarely any companies working in the same in India. At that time 1 out of 6 phones used to have NFC, starting from minimum value of INR 10k. I realised its potential and decided to start TAGTAPP. I searched and contacted to vendors over alibaba, made contacts in china. I imported the tags and curated the following products:1. Raw NFC Cards and Chips: Topaz - 512 chips which works in 10-13 cm proximity adds extra security layer, can be used to activate functions in phone.2. NFC contact cards : Why to carry bundles of cards when a Tap is enough. Just a tap and you can share your details.3. NFC posters : Interactive poster to direct the consumers directly to your promotional videos, pages etc.The company sold 10k cards, including raw and contact cards, generating an impressive revenue of 5 lakh. I developed a website for their products using CMS WordPress, making it easy for customers to find and purchase their products. Additionally, I used social media as a marketplace to reach more customers and provide top-notch sales and customer support.
