The vision of AIAR is to develop innovative home medical devices and services for a global audience. The first target market for AIAR was the Asia-Oceania region. My role was to manage the day-to-day operations of the business and run end-to-end project management and delivery across 3 countries (Australia, China & India).

I was responsible for the growth and operations of a $450m Key customer portfolio comprised of Apple, Snapchat, Bose, Microsoft, Amazon, SONOS and OFO. My role was to focus on all corporate and business strategy to ensure customer requirements and projects are met and delivered on time and on budget. Some of my key responsibilities included: • Led cross-functional project teams including Senior Project managers, industrial design team, purchasing and engineering/production cohort to deliver on customer requirements;• Lead manufacturing excellence and new product development;• Main point of contact for all new and existing Key Global accounts – attending global customer visits and hosting events;• Oversee all scheduling, coordination and execution of production project plans; • Developed new project development and production strategy including – estimations, quotations, budget controls;• Quarterly business reviews of all accounts – Key Operation Index and Customer Satisfaction Surveys;• Performance Metrics and Reporting Dashboards (monthly reporting);• Strategic planning and forecasting for Project Department and Commercial busines

Harman is a global leader in connected car technology, lifestyle audio innovations, professional audio and lighting solutions and digital transformation. With my strong knowledge of production, supply chain and operations I was brought into the business to join Consumer Electronics business line. My role was to establish and grow the footprint of Harman locally into Australia and partner very closely with key distributor.

As a Senior Program Manager, I was responsible for leading and running new product development programs across various areas of the business. This would require my involvement from conceptual stage right through to project delivery.

I was in charge of product innovation, development and delivery of Acoustic and Audio technology targeted for the consumer electronics market.

Kyowa is a leading plastic manufacturer with a large global customer-base. In this role I was responsible for looking after bespoke design and manufacturing of plastic moulds for key customers.
