Accomplishments:- Developed a recovery factor versus well spacing correlation for the Little Knife area of the Williston Basin that allowed for the most optimal well drilling density and development plan in the area.- Developed a correlation for horizontal well length versus ultimate oil recovery for one, two and three-mile horizontal wells drilled in the Williston Basin in North Dakota by the various operators.

I joined Cenovus as part of ConocoPhillips Deep Basin asset acquisition in Canada.I worked as the Reservoir Engineer for Elmworth Asset in NW Alberta which is a mature legacy area with extensive infrastructure and historical vertical drilling. My responsibilities included conducting inter-disciplinary reservoir characterization and developing exploitation plans for various conventional plays such as the Doe Creek / Dunvegan, tight plays such as the Falher / Cadomin and the unconventional Montney play in Tupper area in NEBC.Some of my achievements are below:- Developed a 20-well development plan for Doe Creek oil and type-curves for Dunvegan light-oil / liquids-rich gas opportunities in Elmworth area.- Evaluated the Montney acreage in Tupper area analyzing competitor activity, developed type-curves and performed economic evaluation of a possible development scenario.- Worked with independent reserves evaluator to increase Proved reserves by 10% of asset base.

I was the Reservoir Engineer for West Deep Basin Asset in Western Canada. Most of my responsibilities were as described above.My main achievement was being the technical representative for Elmworth area in the disposition effort core team. I evaluated the remaining resource and upside potential and presented the results to the independent subsurface contractor to maximize value for ConocoPhillips.

I supervised a team of 5 GGRE personnel for an onshore retrograde-condensate gas field producing 825 mmscfd and 10,000 bcpd through stacked naturally-fractured sandstone and carbonate reservoirs.I was responsible for progressing all subsurface work for development drilling, compression and plant expansion projects through various stage gates. This included production forecasting, reserves booking, compositional simulation and material balance modeling.I was also responsible for managing integration of operated gas fields to optimize delivery to domestic and international gas contracts. This included coordinating and leading the long-range plan and advising management on existing contracts and opportunities for new gas sales. Some of my major achievements were: - Lead a 3-well drilling campaign and optimized trajectory, TD and casing setting depths resulting in $ 5MM cost saving. - Worked with government regulator to obtain approval for installation of compression adding up to 150 Bcf of additional gas resource.- Worked with Commercial team to secure two new gas sales agreement of up to 100 Bcf.

I was the Reservoir Engineer for operated light-oil and retrograde-condensate gas assets in Algeria. My responsibilities included both operational and simulation support including building new compositional models, production forecasting, reservoir surveillance, data acquisition planning and gas injection optimization.I also acted as the Team Lead in 2011 where I set team goals, priorities and coordinated a TCM with JV partners. Some of my major achievements were: - Recommended and obtained approval for a 10 well, 150 mm$ drilling program delivering 12-15 mmbbls incremental oil.- Obtained agreement with National Oil Company to allow higher gas injection usage from a non-WI field adding up to 5 mmbbls of oil recovery.

I was the Reservoir Engineer for Foothills District (2006 & 2007) producing 3,500 boepd from 35 wells and for Clearwater District (2003 to 2005) producing 12,000 boepd from ~150 wells.My responsibilities included reserves evaluation and booking using volumetrics, material balance and DCA, production forecasting, economic evaluation and drilling recommendations. One of my major achievement was: - Recommended and obtained approval for a drilling program delivering 2.7 mmboe with capital spend of 32 mm$.

I worked as the consultant Reservoir Engineer for various clients in the UK North Sea. Some of the major studies that I conducted were: - Reservoir Engineer for Kerr-McGee on Tullich oil field (3-month assignment) producing 12,000 bopd and 15 mmscfd of gas. Responsible for all operational and modeling aspects including production forecasting, simulation model update and production optimization. - Produced water re-injection study on Andrew oil field for BP. Simulated various re-injection options to determine the effect on sweep efficiency and ultimate recovery. - Reserves evaluation for Thiess Australia on a fractured limestone reservoir in Indonesia. Evaluated well performance, fracture densities and OWC movement. - Dual-porosity simulation model build for a fractured chalk discovery for Shell. Determined EUR and performed sensitivity on reservoir properties.

RE for a non-operated 2.5 Tcf gas discovery (4th largest in Pakistan). Responsibilities included log, core and DST analysis, sand production potential and vertical interference. Reserves and economic evaluation for various phased development scenarios. Review of new venture opportunities and exploratory wells. Performed technical and economic evaluation of an oil farm-in opportunity and evaluated gas-pricing regime and offshore PSC terms in Pakistan.

Responsible for 9 oil and gas fields producing 6,000 bopd and 50 mmscfd of gas from 30 wells. Designed procedures for rig and rigless workovers including perforations, stimulation, slickline work and production testing. Recommended artificial lift using jet-pumps and gas-lifts. Wellbore optimization and maintenance of water injection/disposal capacity. Rig-site supervision of completions, production testing and workovers.

Responsible for 20 oil and gas fields producing 8,000 bopd and 60 mmscfd of gas from 60 wells. Production optimization and forecasting, reserves evaluation, production strategy for water-drive gas reservoirs, economic evaluation and rig-site supervision of RFT surveys. Major achievement was approval for a field development project through water-injection delivering 4 mmbbls of reserves for 5 mm$ capital spend.
