From the fields of Mundia, a small village near Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh. I grew up in a family of Zamindars, where land was our legacy, but my father was the first to choose education over tradition. He inspired me to dream beyond boundaries, so i pursued Engineering in Industrial Electronics in Maharashtra.Education has always been a core value. Our family has a school in mundia, started by my grandfather, and over the last two years, I’ve focused on improving it, impacting over 800 children in our village. My success didn’t come just from textbooks—it’s about the ability to act on dreams and embrace personal growth. I’ve been a participant of landmark worldwide since 1995, constantly challenging myself and pushing beyond comfort zones.In 1993, i took my first entrepreneurial leap with a hardware business. The dot-com boom pushed me to adapt, and by 2001, we transitioned into IT services, specializing in staffing. 2009 brought another pivot—delivery and staffing of ERP projects, followed by data science consulting in 2011. Each move was driven by market needs and staying ahead of the curve.Along the way, i found time to turn a personal passion into a venture with artysta gallery—a celebration of indian handicrafts. And in 2019, we launched ExpertTal, aiming to redefine the staffing landscape by connecting talent with the right opportunities.For me, business isn’t about numbers on a balance sheet; it’s about building something that lasts, with people who share that same commitment. From Mundia to here, the values remain the same—hard work, finding the right people, resilience, and the belief that no dream is too far if you’re willing to chase it.
