 Prepare the annual budget, monthly forecasting & long-range plan establishing top line growth and profitability. Provide in-depth financial trend analysis & communicate key profitability drivers & metrics ensuring financials results are within targets. Variance analysis between Actual Vs Budget and finding the reasons/Justification for variance and discuss the same with the management and do commentary on it. Revenue, margin & inventory analysis to gain understanding of profit drivers impacting bottom line growth. Led the modelling, planning and execution of all financial analysis. Provide monthly analysis of headcount, payroll, bonus & commissions to determine business needs for forecast. Managed monthly financial close process, identifying, and resolving financial model discrepancies Actual vs Planned activity. Perform ad hoc analysis as requested. Preparation of Financial statements for division. Preparation of monthly MIS & circulation with stakeholders. Preparing and posting accrual, deferral, recurring and prepayment journals & intercompany transactions during the month end. Trend analysis on the basis of current vs prior period and figure out the key performance indicators and do commentary on it. Analysing expenses in different GL (General Ledger), Investigation of variances and ensuring correct booking of expenses in different expense heads monthly. Analysis for Miss-posting/error and rectification entry for the same. Passing the Settlement entries and Book FX Gain/Loss for Interoffice accounts. Preparing Bank reconciliation on daily and monthly basis. Monitoring daily, weekly & monthly Cash Flow for controlling cash position. Managing stakeholder relationship for Inter-company reconciliation Process across the Global Offices and resolving timing differences with respective offices. Monitoring Debtors & creditor ageing on weekly basis for timely pay-in & pay-outs.
