I have over 12 years of experience in quality assurance and control in the manufacturing industry, and I currently work as an Assistant Manager at Kanthal, a global leader in heating technology and resistance materials. My mission is to ensure exceptional product quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.I collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards, using quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and statistical process control. I am also an ISO 9001 internal auditor, and I successfully handle internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and improvement. Additionally, I have a postgraduate certification in welding and quality engineering and a NDT level-2 certification in four testing methods, which enable me to perform accurate and reliable inspections and testing.
