Students are introduced to software design topics such as the use of UML diagrams, dynamic and static inheritance, as well as common design patterns such as the singleton and the command. The MVC pattern is also discussed. Responsible for conducting weekly tutorials introducing practical material, providing assignment help and guidance, help desk hours, as well as conducting biweekly lab examinations revolving around the relevant topics.
