Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a variety of topics. Understands the different product suites, including current line-up and products no longer sold that still require servicingEducates customers to ensure understanding of tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation and/or benefits pertaining to the plan/contract.Follows all rules and regulations to ensure compliance with FINRA or other professional licensure requirements, Nationwide policies, firms, plan documents and state and local laws.

• Collection, interpretation, and identification of trends in data, developing reports, assistance in imports and exports of data, performing periodic audits of data sources• Month end prep and analytical review of financial reports delivered to CFO, explaining new trends in revenue, debt, charity exceptions, and administrative expenses. Reporting audit of new, aged and inactive accounts. • Account depth exceedingly well over roughly 10,000 accounts per hospital within market, requiring detailed attention based on aging bucket and insurance provider.

Responsible for maintaining a safe a clean environment within the trails. Including mowing, weed-eating, collecting trash, rerouting trails, dragging and lining baseball fields. Responsible for driving company vehicles to several park locations.
