I accomplished a bachelor's degree in business administration at Makerere university, my first work was with Ugachick poultry breeders Ltd in 2016,where I started as a marketing and sales representative in Western Uganda covering districts of mbarara, Ntungamo,Kabale,isingiiro,Kasese,Kabarole to mention but a few,in this role,I was tasked to create and promote market of Ugachick products from dressed chicken ,chicks and feeds,under a target performance, since it was a new market area,the first 4 months were abit of struggle, to match with the other competitors and meet our targets,the good marketing and sales skill,interpersonal relationship, negotiation skills,commercial awareness, multi tasking, flexibility, reliability in supply, made me reach my set goals and objectives hence archiving my monthly targets more often, this led to my promotion. to the overall manager to the western areas.I would say my six years at Ugachick poultry breeders Ltd were enjoyable.
