To whom it may concern:I have 6 years of experience working in the political field. I have been a canvasser, a field director, a team lead. I've worked for nonprofits raising money, I have worked on political campaigns, I've collected ballots, signatures, phonebanked, and more! In 2020, there were opportunities for me to grow in the political sector. During the rise of covid, my team had to switch from going door to door to phone calling voters. We informed them of county programs, and many felt thankful for our services. I also had the chance to work closely with members of congress, mayors, and local city council members too. During the 2020 general elections, I got a raise and promotion from canvasser to field director. My responsibilities included keeping in contact with my candidate, hiring and training employees, collecting data, giving reports on my findings, and much more! This position taught me so much about management and allowed me to grow. I have a passion for helping people, I want to make a difference in this world and empower others.I have years of customer service and sales experience. I was selected as employee of the month in June 2024 at Target. I believe my passion combined with past job duties, would make me a great asset to your team.I have been working in food service since I was 18. I've worked at quick service food places like boba and sandwich shops. And I've been working in vegan restaurants for the past few years here in Orange county. At both restaurants I was able to get promotions and ended up being shift leads. My responsibilities included overseeing a team of servers, helping customers with any inquiries, keeping track of inventory, knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and education on dietary restrictions and allergies, prep work, and much more!
