Sales PitchStart conversations with clients through various channel, carefully understand their needs and their financial limits (CAPEX & OPEX) before suggesting the solutions. Create detailed proposals and process outlines that highlight our services, using visual tools such as slides. Clearly communicate the advantages and recommend our offerings, continue to follow up diligently and foster ongoing partnerships.2. Liaison / Project with Gov Regulatory (MCMC)Engage actively in events, workshops, and meetings to foster better public engagement and strengthen relationships with regulators. Responsively address all regulatory inquiries, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.3. Product / Package DevelopmentProduct / Package Development involves actively participating in technical discussions (URS, SIT, UAT, FAT) and project meetings to oversee progress and contribute insights. Collaboration with technology partners in enhancing company solutions and services. Market research is conducted to keep company offerings aligned with current technology trends, while benchmarking against competitors helps refine pricing, packaging, and overall business strategies. Close coordination with the Project Management Office (PMO) ensures projects in timely manner. Additionally, evaluating and managing client requests outside the project scope from a commercial perspective ensures alignment with business objectives and client expectations.4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)After the project launch, engage with clients to gather feedback on their experience with the company's solutions, address any comments through discussions to find optimal solutions, collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve feedback, and foster relationships for potential future projects or client referrals.5. Tender managementCoordinate the tender preparation, collaborate with suitable partners (if needed) and prepare the submission.
