With 23+ years at the intersection of technology and child protection, I help state and tribal agencies execute successful enterprise modernization strategies.My human services career began with investigations of child abuse, neglect, and human trafficking, and culminated in a role as Assistant Director at the state agency for child welfare. I led efforts to extend foster care benefits, improve outcomes for families, and develop practice standards for the workforce.Along the way, my exposure to software development and organization change management increased exponentially through my work as a product owner, sponsor, and project manager for several human services information systems.
