 Responsible for Planning, Operation & Maintenance of Captive Power Plants, LT Panels, Chilling Plants, Air handling units, FCU’s in the organization. Operation & Maintenance of 33kv Substation at NIAB. Synchronization of DG sets with Grid connections. Operation & Maintenance of HT & LT panels, Transformers, Circuit breakers, Motors and other switch yard equipment, MCC etc. Transformers (Oil Cooled –2X 2000 KVA) (Air Cooled- 3X1500 KVA) DG sets (Cummins, Jackson) – 2X750KVA, 1X500 KVA, 1 X 125KVA ON LINE UPS (EMERSON / LT MAKE – 3X200 KVA, (Schneider) 2X100 KVA, 1X 60KVA). Chilling Plants - 3x290TR (water Cooled)-Trane, 3X240 TR (Air Cooled)-Carrier (DANUMBUSH) (Central AC Plant). Improvement of equipment life time by working on PPM for reduction in breakdown activity. Operation & Maintenance of Online UPS up to 200*4 KVA Capacity. Prepare and submit of Tenant / End User Bills. Updating daily, weekly monthly reports on consumption of EB, Water, and DG etc. Updating monthly EB, DG Closing reports on consumption details. Operation & Maintenance of FFS (Fire Fighting System) Such as Jockey, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Engine, FAS (Fire Alarm System) Such as Fire Alarm Panel, Repeater Panel, Smoke Detector (AFC/BFC), RI(AFC) etc. , FES (ABC (Dry Chemical Power), CO2 (Foam Type) etc., O & M of STP, WTP, RO. Knowledge & operation of Lift machines. Good knowledge in Preparing SOP’s, Risk Assessments, And SP’s.

Responsible for Planning, Operation & Maintenance of Captive Power Plants, LT Panels, Chilling Plants, Air Washers, Air handling units, Cassette Units, FCU’s, PAHU’s in the organization. Transformers (Oil Cooled – 1X3600 KVA, 1X 2500 KVA, 1X 1500KVA, ) (Air Cooled- 1X 2x2500 KVA), DG sets (Cummins, Jackson, MTU) - 4x2000KVA, 1 x 750KVA, 1x1010 KVA, 1 X 750KVA, - 4 X 2000KVA, 1X1650KVA, 1X 500KVA. Chilling Plants 4x750TR (water Cooled)-York, 3X240 TR (Air Cooled)-Carrier (Central AC Plant). Operation and Maintenance of Fire fighting systems such as, Hydrant, sprinkler, jockey and Diesel pumps.  O&M of AHU’s up to 29,500 CFM, PAHU’s, FCU’s, PAC’s. Making Snag/Defect Lists during the handing over of the floors from the Project Team. Handling of Electrical panel and ACB, VCB, SF6. Manpower management. Material Stock maintenance. Knowledge & operation of UPS & Inverters.  Implementation of LOTO techniques. Implementation of ISO procedures in PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance). Coordination with Vendors for the repair and maintenance of facility. Active involvement in quality improvement plan. Setting & trouble shooting of DG set, LT panel, chiller plant, DCPS, Busbar System, Bus trunking System, PA System, Fire fighting systems and Fire Alarm systems. O & M of STP, WTP, RO. Maintenance of earth pits-Plate Earthing, Chemical Earthing. Knowledge & operation of Lift machines. Good knowledge in Preparing SOP’s, Risk Assessments, And SP’s. Imparting training sessions for the Employees on Energy saving management. Preparing & maintaining all records as per IMS standards.
