Currently I am flight instructing in Utah. I love sharing my passion for flying with my students. There’s no better office than the inside of a cockpit. I started flying in 2021. Watching my students go from zero experience to private pilots flying themselves makes me proud. Prior to learning to fly I went to college to become an artist. My second passion is ceramics behind aviation now. Art history is amazing and I hope to use my career as a pilot to explore the history of art with my travels. My degree I finished at Liberty university was a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary sciences, with and emphasis on Aviation, Natural Sciences, and Art. During my time at Liberty university I maintained a 4.0. While in college I received art scholarships as well as awards and had my own ceramic art shows. I also was a student-athlete. I played college soccer for Western Wyoming Community college (WWCC). It was always my goal to be a college athlete. My senior year of high-school I tore my ACL and missed out on my last season. Losing any chance at the time for a soccer scholarship. After rehabbing my knee with lots of physical therapy I walked on at WWCC 2 years later and the next year earned a scholarship. I am very proud of overcoming a serious setback at a young age. It taught me the value of resiliency and the importance of staying strong to reach your goals.
