My name is Kamdyn Briggs. I went to South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) for an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Business Operations Certificate. Both were completed as of 2022. I am adaptable to new work environments and offer new methods to better improve productivity. I would like my starting pay to be at least $18/hr., I believe this is a fair wage as I have 5 years of customer service experience along with the methods I have learned from SPSCC.I gained many skills from SPSCC; During the end of my associate degree, I took over a group project as my team had lost two members. This project was to make a fiscal report of a mock company me and 5 other students had ran, we ended out with an A- grade. Another skill I gained from SPSCC was my communication skills. If I ever had a problem with assignments I would message my professors or fellow classmates, so that we could work towards a rewarding goal for both parties. I always turned assignments in on time, I was always interactive with class-wide discussions, and was on-time to classes that were in-person or hybrid. In my hobbies, I have come up with projects for groups to solve together, I have become detailed-oriented and patient. I have devised strategies that would allow said groups to finishing in a positive way. My hobbies have made me a leader, problem solver, a critical thinker, and always wanting the best for 'Us'.

Produce ClerkWinco Foods Sep 2017 - Dec 2019Olympia, Washington, United StatesI started at Winco back in 2017. In September of 2017, I started out as a cart clerk, gathering carts out from the parking lot corrals. There I would start organizing and planning routes that got me the most carts. In late 2018, I was eligible to move in store. I waited for an opportunity to land me a position inside, but while I waited I took up shifts being a cashier and a maintenance member. In the August of 2018, I was hired into the Produce Department. In the Produce Department, I believe my skills in time management and organization started to get better. I was able to plan what routes would be most efficient in filling shelves and how fast I could do it. While working in the Produce Department, I got most of exposure to customers, and so I began working on my Customer Service skills. From helping customers reach for product on high shelves to directing them to items across the store, I was growing in the field of Customer Service.
