This encompasses:- Facilitating the integration of new customers, configuring workflows, and automation to align with internal processes- Crafting views, dashboards, and features tailored to internal stakeholders' needs, such as first-line support staff and management- Overseeing the system's pivotal role in fieldwork execution, job tracking, SLA adherence, and customer service notifications- Leveraging Jira data to create insightful BI reports catering to diverse organizational requirements- Managing the implementation of enhancements, applications, and bespoke tools integrated within the Jira ecosystem--------------------------Software Development Role:--------------------------In my capacity as a Software Developer, I spearhead end-to-end development cycles for full-stack solutions, encompassing:- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project scopes, translating requirements into actionable technical blueprints- Driving the development process from coding to testing, ensuring quality assurance standards are met before deployment and rollout- Providing guidance, support, and technical insights to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented development environment- Designing and implementing internal and external tools, orchestrating integrations between systems, and optimizing workflow efficiencies--------------------------Proficient in utilizing a diverse technology stack including Docker, AWS, Python, PHP, HTML, Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js to architect and deliver robust software solutions.
