*Work with our technical Managers to set out a vision for our mobile engineering.*Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.*Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the mobile Repairing team.*Coach, guide and mentor mobile Engineers to grow into their work.*Work on bug fixing and improving Mobile Phones performance.*Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.*Work with project managers on estimating the feasibility and complexity of new products/features.*Participate in the planning process for software development projects, and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery.*Implement the quality assurance processes.*Ensure delivering the required Maintenance quality and reliability of the entire team's output.

*Operating and monitoring the operation of one or more pieces of equipment on the production line.*Adding materials to pieces of equipment as needed and removing such materials if there is any excess.*Checking the in-process and finished products using measurement instruments.*Halting the production line operation in case of insufficient quality products.*Producing finished products, finishing in-process products.*Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
