Job Tasks:1. Suppliers and the Treasury• Review and follow up the closure of the monthly cash & Check payments with the obligation to clarify the appropriations required and a review of the check and cash bonds each of the suppliers, employees, lessors, taxes…. etc.• Assistance in the development of information systems of treasury and suppliers.2. Temporary and Permanent Funds • Auditing funds payable for all branches and departments funds payable at the beginning of (and during) the fiscal year.• Auditing funds settlement, which the cashier loaded on the branches and departments accounts, and review the accounting directives with the required signatures and audit their own cash bonds or checks.• Closing the funds settlements within the year.3. Governmental Issues (Taxes Authority,…..etc.) B. Other External Issues :- Financial coordination with governmental agencies for any works and any required internal documents for the business after returning to the manager in charge of (Commercial register, Tax Card, statements… etc.).- Assist in the extraction of documents and data required for banks and external bodies4. General Accounts (G/L ):Follow up the monthly clothing to extract the financial results for the company, and follow up with all departments to finish the closing with the introduction of all the financial constraints (suppliers, cash, wages and salaries, costs …..etc.).Extracting the required monthly results (Financial statements, debits, credits….etc.)Coordination with the Department of Information Systems and Technical Support Company in case of any malfunction or inquiries, or the development of ACC. software.Preparation acc. entries of (advanced payments, advanced expenses payments) . *Review and coordinate the overall results review monthly & yearly Financial results as IFRS with external auditor & due delgince *coordinate with tax advisory to finalize all tax issues investigation ( VAT tax - payroll- AP.,,

• Manage and direct the staff of the accounting dep. to provide full services to the company's management, represented by the CFO Deputy and The CFO.• Assist in developing action plans to enable the company to achieve its goals• Prepare estimates, financial statements, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly budgets and any services in this area, and work to support the final accounts, external and internal audit.• Provide guidance on matters concerning the implementation of financial rules and procedures.• Provide guidance on matters relating to the implementation of financial rules and accounting procedures within the business cycle of the periodic closure• Follow-up and development of information systems (Comsys) to ensure accurate information and developing in order to complete the work in the times required.• Help clarify the company obligations to ensure proper payment-put new data for Chart of Account. to setup new COMSYS System- Preparation of consolidated Balance sheet for the group- review & preparing Financial statements as IFRS & GAPP
