My role includes Team working and communication, essential skills to ensure that the productivity of colleagues is at maximum capacity, whilst staying motivated. Leadership skills play an important role in maintaining a well organised workspace, especially in a customer centric environment. Leading shifts, organisation and conflict resolution are just some of the skills I have developed in this role.

In my journey to continuously develop my skills and progress within the business, this role has assisted me setting a foundation for my future career paths. My key responsibilities included being the friendly face in all customer interactions, whilst multitasking in all areas of the restaurant. Flexibility was a key skill that I have developed in this role.
