Senior Lawyer
Current• Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts.• Develop negotiation strategies with commercial account managers.• Support internal review and assessment of customer contracting requirements by product owners, operational teams, and commercial account owners.• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and risk teams on liability coverage for commercial contracts.• Participate in strategic transactions and help drive the overall growth strategy.• Advise the business regarding laws and regulations affecting commercial.• Partner with outside counsel as needed on select matters.• Collaborate with colleagues in the legal department and cross-functionally with finance, compliance, risk, information security and others to support account managers on all manner of commercial contracting matters
