Key Qualifications & Responsibilities • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, reviewing bids from contractors. • Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests. • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements. • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems. • Daily site coordination with subordinate in order to evaluate &plan of ongoing and upcoming activities, resolve unseen problems, evaluate progress and quality on daily basis.• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Projects • The Edition Downtown Hotel building project (3B+G+M+22+R) (Dubai).• DM Car parking Building project (G+4+R) (Dubai).• Residential Multi story Building project (2B+G+3+R) (Dubai).• Staff accommodations Precast Building project (G+4.5 +R ) (Dubai).

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities • Ensure that the work is as project specifications and construction drawing. • Ensure that all the work meets the stipulated quality standard. • Monitor the Progress of the work with respect the Master Program. • Check material requirements at site work and control on all materials procured & utilized along with assigning of equipment’s & inventories at the site. • Documentation on every major stage & issue and coordination from site to office.
