• Develop tools for Monitoring and evaluation tools in order to get results from the partners to put them in the quarterly reports for donors.

• Help the Headquarters in Washington DC in developing concept notes for the new programs with either political parties as well as civil society.
• Conduct some assessment sessions with partners in order to understand the needs and adopt the training sessions as well as programs to respond to partner's aspirations.
