• Delivering training sessions, with international consultants, for Algerian political parties as well as for civil society organizations on: Policy development, internal and external communication, volunteers recruitment, poll watching, organizational development skills, building coalitions.• Develop tools for Monitoring and evaluation tools in order to get results from the partners to put them in the quarterly reports for donors.• Revise the quarterly reports before sending them to donors.• Help the Headquarters in Washington DC in developing concept notes for the new programs with either political parties as well as civil society.• Conduct some assessment sessions with partners in order to understand the needs and adopt the training sessions as well as programs to respond to partner's aspirations.• Supervise the work of the assistants.• Coach team members on productivity strategies, policy updates and performance improvement plans to accomplish challenging goals.• Deliver training for staff development, change management process.• Improve success of program by making proactive adjustments to operations.• Meet with project stakeholders on regular basis to assess progress and make adjustments.• Analyze and interpret impact of local legislation on the Institute's internal structure.• Address and resolved technical, financial and operational concerns by working with team members and directors• Analyzing program risks.
