In charge to:Act as the key interface of the customer for deployment activities of a project, including the management of all internal and external resources.Ensure deployment activities are executed within the scope of the contract and within the agreed planning, specifications and quality standard, and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsible internally for delivery of the solution within the agreed budget, for optimizing costs and for identifying and driving up scopes in cooperation with the PM.Create, maintain and manage deployment project plans, including sub-contractors, quality management plans to ensure ALU meet contractual scope of work, milestones and customer pre-requisites.Liaise with Project Manager and customer as needed for escalations on scope, processes and/or budget.Prepare and maintain resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools. Achievement:2011 – 2014 : Ooredoo EST-WEST Fiber Optic Backbone project. 1600 Km and Algiers FO Backbone 146 km2009 -2010: Assigned as technical support at the Deployment Team department for study missions:Niger: Benin - Niamey - Mali layout study survey for the Orange Niger fiber optic project (750km).Mauritania: Survey for the fiber optic, signaling and telecommunication project for SNIM railwayMorocco: study of the fiber optic project for the common part Méditel & ONCF on 210 km of which 120 km on railway.Burkina Faso: anticipation study of the Niger - Ouagadougou - Mopti (Mali) fiber optic project for the Orange Telecom operator (750 km)Morocco: study of the route and establishment of the quantitative as well as the mode of works for the optical fiber project of the operator Maroc Telecom (1400km).Algeria: Study survey for the installation of optical fiber of the operator Orascom on the section Tiaret - Relizane 200 (km)2007 - 2009: Follow-up of installation works and realization of a fiber optic infrastructure for Orascom (Annaba to Tlemcen on 1700 km).
