Whether it was during NFI distribution with IOM or cash distribution with NRC, listening to the feedback from local communities shaped how we refined our processes. After all, they know what works best for them. It’s this kind of connection that drives my work and helps me collect the insights that guide project implementation.But here’s the twist: while I love data and systems, my true sweet spot is project management. Balancing both lets me take a holistic approach, ensuring that not only is the data accurate but that the people behind the numbers are heard. My computer science background helps me streamline projects (sometimes valued over USD 13 million!), all while staying agile and focusing on results.At the end of the day, I wouldn't say I'm the best, but I do know this—I'm always learning, always evolving, and always looking for better ways to make a difference.
