Circuit Breakers & power management systemshttps://www.e-t-a.deReporting to: Plant Manager and E-T-A HQ Quality ManagerMain functional duties:• Planning process targets according to the quality policy and business strategy• Monitoring and analyzing of Key Process Indicators (KPI). Implementation of corrective actions• Establishing of transparent communication with our customers worldwide and with our mother subsidiary in Germany.• Setting-up a Lean Manufacturing concept (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, KANBAN,...)• Scheduling and performing of internal Audits according to the Standard ISO9001.• Managing quality tools and KAIZEN improvements (Brainstorming, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, 5Whys, 5S, PDCA, QRQC, 8D, ...)• Ensure that the internal procedures and ISO Standard requirements are met.• Customer Complaints processing and deployment of corrective actions.• Implementation of technical product / process change initiated by R&D of E-T-A• Manage a team of subordinates in a collaborative work.• Cooperate to production new projects, and ensure the quality standards are met• Management representative towards audit and certification bodies (DQS, UL, VDE, CQC and CSA).• Standards and Regulations conform to ISO, RoHS and REACH.
