Managing the personnel responsible for programme planning and scheduling of BNT World and BNT 2 in accordance with the corporate mission, maintaining relationships with the internal and external content providers, coordinating the activities between the Program Department and all levels of the organization and independent producers, related to the implementation of the company’s programming goals.Research the international market for suitable content and drive the process of purchasing in collaboration with the Acquisition team. Analyse people meter data to optimize the schedule and content. Inform the Press and Marketing Departments about the monthly highlights. Head of Ethics Committee of BNT (2013 - 2017). Represent BNT before URTI /Union Radio Television International/ and IBA /International Broadcasting Assembly/.

Managed the team responsible for the long and short term program plans and schedules of BNT World; made decisions about the changes in the playlists in cases of extraordinary circumstances;coordinated the activities between the Program Department of BNT World and other departments of BNT /Acquisitions, Legal, Sport, News, Technics/ relating to the channel’s playlists airing. Participated in the Program Committee of BNT. Represented BNT World before Bruges Group – a non-profit organization of European public television stations which broadcast internationally.
