Hi, my name is Kamen Gage Marshall and I am 29 years old. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University as an undergraduate majoring in Business Management with a 3.2 GPA. I played the trombone for almost a decade and been in my school bands. I enjoyed the music ensemble life. I lived in Ruston, Louisiana and has been my home for quite a long time. I just recently relocated to Houston, TX for a career search. In my search I found a management position at Spanky's Pizza. Some qualities I hold include being multi-task oriented, skillful, nice, smart, and a unique worker. I graduated Tech in November of 2014 with a Bachelors in Business Management. I worked at a local restaurant there in Ruston called Little Pizzoli's, which used to be known as Monjunis' of Ruston. I went from being a dishwasher to being the head chef and to manager there through lots of experience and hard work. Preparing the food and managing the kitchen provides most of the hard work dealt with working in a restaurant, as well as all the communication, people, and management skills it requires. The restaurant business is actually my dream job. I wish to put my business degree to use and own a restaurant someday and hopefully cook to my heart's desire! Growing up I learned I wanted to be a Professional Chef and Businessman by all the things I did. I love my job, I grew up with my dad who loved cooking, I visited some chefs, and I even took classes that I loved! Management is the right curriculum for me and it would be an honor to work with someone with such experience and be under their training and expertise. I want to be able to travel the whole world and fill my brain with the knowledge of such motivational teachers and culinary art experts. This is my goal in life and I hope you enjoy my profile!
