Current• Preparing and prosecuting design and utility patent applications (domestic and foreign, including PCT and national stage) in a wide range of technical fields encompassing electric control units, electrical circuitry, software, human-machine interface (HMI) and graphical user interface (GUI) devices, battery and fuel cells, hybrid and electric vehicle systems, telematics, turbochargers and gas turbine engines, flight control systems, internal combustion engines, heat exchangers, vehicle drivetrain including transmissions and differentials, automotive seating and cooling, automotive exterior components (design), waste heat management, data center management, metallurgy, mechanical, electrical and thermal sensors, particle separation and isolation techniques, medical devices, synthetic compound formation, and pharmaceutical and therapeutic products• Enforcing patent and trademark rights in US federal court• Providing counseling and written opinions on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement, including defending and enforcing patent, trademark and copyright infringement • Preparing and prosecuting trademark applications as well as enforcing trademark rights using internet “take-downs”• Preparing and negotiating licensing, demo product, non-disclosure, and SaaS agreements
