Performed 50-90 to minute sessions for up to to 5 clients a day. Assessed and listened to the concerns of the client to develop an appropriate plan for their bodies needs. Provided knowledge of the variety of spa add-ons such as foot scrubs and cupping. Maintained near 40-50% pre-bookings as well as high client satisfaction and retention rate.

Worked under the direction of the Chiropractors assessments as well as conducted massage consultations to discover what modalities are necessary to perform for each client (i.e. swedish, deep tissue, myofascial therapies, & hot stone) and suggested at home stretches along with other wellness advice for body maintenance.

Consulted with clients to determine massage needs and special requests. Performed modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot stone, Prenatal, and CBD massages. Maintained client files, scheduling, and processed payments.

Completed 40 hours of externship work doing 15-45 min soft tissue manipulation for Dr. Shawls’ Chiropractic clientele. Performed myofascial therapies, tense and release stretches, deep tissue, and swedish techniques. Provided written notes for all clients that received care so the Doctor was abreast on every session.
