At the start of a new fiscal year, it is essential to incorporate master data modifications to reflect business changes; this project aims to manage overall GBS activities across service lines and to coordinate the master data changes through all applications and business processes, ensuring NO impact to the businesses operations.

A new Oral Care factory was to be constructed in Brazil Rio de Janeiro area, I played the Program Manager for the implementaiton of all Systems across the factory including the infrastructure desing team and construction.

Mexico, Irapuato

A new initiative named MAPS (Manufacturing and Packaging Strategy) was initiated and a new Greenfield factory started construction in Irapuato Mexico, I played Proejct Manager role for the implementation of all manufacturing systems across the site, including SAP and factory shop floor systmes.

Gillette factories integration to P&G systems continued, i was the PM to implement SAP in the Gillette World Shaving Headquarters and the Devens Pack Center opperation.

Mexico City Area, Mexico

With the P&G aquisition of the Gillette company there was the need to implement SAP in the Blades & Razors factories. I was the PM to implemetn SAP accross all factory processes; including Planning, Procurement, Production Execution, Finance, Warehouse, X border processes. Being the Mexico factory the FIRST one integrated to the P&G global SAP system.

Implement a Global Solutions of an Enterprice Asset Management and Maintenance & Stores system across 7 factories in the Gillette Blades & Razors business. Plants located in Mexico, US, Germany, UK and Brazil.
