Supported a transition from a Waterfall organization to a full Agile Release Train with 14 scrum teams across US and Vietnam. Built a scrum team in Poland as well.

Combined two separate ad hoc development teams into a single organization through a corporate merger and grew the team to a 50-person global, high performing engineering team within 2 years. Designed and built out continuous integration (CI/CD) and automated deployment architecture for two independent product suites. Built out a quality assurance team focused on automated testing. Managed budget for the engineering team and created a hiring plan for a growth-based organization. Brought in and managed 3rd party vendors to provide added value to the product development and infrastructure plan. Managed product security (SOC2, HIPAA, NIST) and passed all audits.● Implemented a continuous learning AI/ML/NLP application to automate intake of request forms in multiple requester formats and find medical record misfiles.● Proposed and kicked off a $4M 18-month redevelopment project for a SaaS platform including building out an internal team and adding and managing a 3rd party offshore team. Project implemented fully micro service Kubernetes and micro frontend Angular 14 architectures. Rescoped the project to bring the project down to a 12-month timeframe and led the team to meet all milestone deadlines.● Built out shared services to be used by multiple product lines for common application needs.● Executed a complete multi-cloud product migration by rearchitecting and migrating multiple legacy platforms to Amazon Web Services and Azure.● Supported exponential growth of an internal workflow application fueled by M&A as well as a sales focused organization.● Led the product and development team through an Epic EMR integration.

Invented, architected, and implemented real-time search solution placing information related to all potential bankruptcy sites at fingertips of litigation paralegals as entered new cases.● Managed P&L responsibilities for $1M annual revenue and $6M of angel investment.● Invented web-based, SaaS, object-oriented solution and brought it to first contract.
