- Managing Men's category (Apparel & Footwear) and Home category with a total area of 6000 sq. ft with a team of 10 associates giving contribution of 40% to store business.- Maintaining weekly, monthly report of sale ,stock , staffing. identification of fast movers and slow movers.- 100% SOP's adherence in daily operations activities.- Implementation of Store marketing and visual merchandising as per plannogram.- Training of sales associates about customer service , retail selling skill, Product knowledge and SOP's- Target distribution, productivity check through various KPI- Reduction of shrinkage and total loss- Maintain store Hygiene- Collecting feedback from customers and associates to improve our business volume and customer service standard.

• Answer call professionally to provide information about products & service. • Keep records of customer inquiries, complaints,and comments,as well as action taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate action were taken on customer requests. • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated department for further investigation.
