These data sources include internal Schedulicity systems, external tools/systems used by Schedulitiy, and Schedulicity’s trading partners. Designs, builds and maintains the data warehouse and reporting systems used to run Schedulicity’s business. Designs, implements and maintains data archiving processes. Daily use of T-SQL and SSIS to accomplish goals. Trouble-shoots database performance with query and index tuning. Works in Kibana to create visualizations and queries that provide value from telemetry data. Develops and maintains Elasticsearch pipelines for telemetry data.

Turn data into valuable insights to feed business development and marketing executives that will help make decisions about strategies. Develop data projects that open up areas where more data could be gathered more efficiently or find and improve workflow/processes where data is being loss or compromised. Create and run experiments start to finish, from research and data processing and cleaning to measuring objectively the outcomes against well-thought out goals. Work closely with all roles in the company to ensure they have the data they need to output their best work.
