-Social Media Management: Communicate via social media with parents and potential parents about what is going on at the preschool. Post information on behalf of the preschool announcing openings, closings, events, photos, and public information that needs to be communicated.-Website Development and Maintenance: Update the website to ensure information on the site is up to date and accurate. Manage the waiting list forms, and the registration forms that are submitted by parents throughout the enrollment periods. -Public Relations Management: I am the liaison for the preschool. -Licensed Apprentice Optician-Fit patients with glasses, took measurements to ensure patients glasses fit perfectly along with specific measurements required for specific prescriptions. -Discussed and explained vision insurance benefits to patients so they understood what was covered and what was not under their policies. -Filed vision insurance plans. -Maintained and executed professionalism and enthusiasm with patients through the entire process of helping them to pick out the best frames for them and ensuring all measurements were properly taken and benefits properly explained.
