Managed postoperative care of general surgery and bariatric patients for all four surgeons within the practice. Evaluated and treated patients for both acute and chronic conditions by ordering appropriate radiology tests, labs, procedures, and medications. Consulted with the patient's dietitians, nursing staff, pharmacist, and primary care providers to establish a holistic plan of care. Performed in office procedures: Lap band adjustment, gastrostomy tube replacement, suturing, incision and drainage, and wound care with debridement.
