• Lead projects from requirements definition through production, identifying timelines and scopes• Organize assets and create clear project briefs for production• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans• Track project milestones and deliverables• Perform quality control and ensure instructions are followed• Deliver quality, accurate, and timely submissions • Provide regular project reports and follow-ups• Manage company project management (PM) tools• Adapt to and manage client's PM tools• Organize company and client files, folders, and overall repositories• Graphic Designer duties for the Print & Digital Team

• Produce a variety of print and digital assets such as: brochures, business cards, mini e-books and interactive workbooks, e-commerce listings and product retouching, infographics, social media posts, social ads, emailers, packaging designs, catalogues and more

• 1 month training for areas of graphic design application including: Branding, Art Direction, Print & Packaging, Illustration, Web Design and Basic Coding
