As a Team SCC Coordinator:- responding to Customer escalations regarding the work of our Team;- providing assistance on complex security alert topics/case to co-workers;- checking, correcting, and reporting errors in documentation/raports;- providing improvements in SCC service (eg. creating ticket templates, creating instruction for employes, ensuring an adequate flow of information within the team (eg. informing about new processes, reminding existing rules, creating meeting with L2 about communication between L1);- conducting training for new co-workers;- distribution of work among colleagues;- checking the quality of created and assigned tickets in terms of SLA;- checking access to devices (onboarding) and arranging access to Client environments for co-workers- implementation of the Log Stopped and Threat Hunting in MDR system- Implementation of new activities for the SCC teamAs a Security Analyst:- cooperating with higher tiers teams (MDR, SIEM, SOC, VMS, PAM, IAM Team);- analysis and extraction of logs- checking and repair errors in documentation/reports- being a buddy to newcomers- creating various reports for clients related to the activities performed (e.g. NDA - No Data Alert reports, Technical Analysis reports using Tripwire, Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, AIsaac);

As a Security Analyst:- cooperating with higher tiers teams (SIEM, SOC, VMS, PAM, IAM Team);- detecting and identifying potential infrastructure incidents and anomalies using security solutions (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, etc.);- analysis and extraction of logs- checking and reporting errors in documentation/reports- being a buddy to newcomers- creating various reports for clients related to the activities performed (e.g. NDA - No Data Alert reports, Technical Analysis reports using Tripwire, Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7);- analyzing potential phishing e-mails;- support for CyberArk in terms of granting permissions, unlocking accounts, creating tickets for the SAP, Firewall, PAM, Network teams- conducting training for new employees;- creating instructions for the team

As a Associate Security Analyst:- analyzing alerts to determine validity, priority, and impact;- incident management at ServiceNow;- analyzing potential phishing e-mails;- being a buddy to newcomers;- granting access to users in accordance with the procedures in CyberArk;- infrastructure monitoring of health and performance data from servers, and other backend components;- creating various reports for clients related to the activities performed (e.g. NDA - No Data Alert reports, Technical Analysis reports using Tripwire, Tenable).
