Worked with Collins through Sheffield Hallam University developing a mapping tool & data agnostic database, utilizing AngularJS & LeafletJS. Integrated Collins' SCI-Toolset API into our application. The application converted Geo-JSON data and its associated metadata into a fully-fledged mapping tool, allowing users to visualize data. Other task include frontend development and displaying mapping systems.

To develop positive relationships with private and social landlords and facilitate access to appropriate accommodation. To support service users to source furniture, white goods, etc. to support the resettlement process. To undertake comprehensive assessments of each client’s support needs and risk and their appropriateness for the service. To use these assessments of needs/risk to develop a comprehensive support plan to identify how these needs will be met. Support plans will be designed to help each client live independently within the community. To maintain a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and policies to ensure the continued support of service users.
