About Kamil Kozieł

My adventure in current company started in October 2018. I kicked off as a Service Request Management Advisor and very fast made my way through to get promoted to 2nd line of support. I then pursued my career as a Service Request Management Shift Leader. I have then moved to Advanced Development Centre team to support Capgemini as an Infrastructure Consultant.I am very positive and hard-working individual, always with „can do” attitude and being open for other people. I constantly carry great motivation and ambition to develop further. During my employment at Service Request Management team, I have proven that I am a fast-learner, able to adapt in new environment easily. I have responsible approach to my job and I pay a lot of attention to the details. As a Shift Leader, I was very successful with managing project work, introducing support of new applications and helping the team to understand newly introduced environments from technical perspective. All that experience allowed me to launch positively in a new role and enabled me to efficiently assist with introducing the new ACD tool for the company.In my free time I like to actively spend time with my friends, especially enjoying mountain trips. I recently put my interest into programming and new technologies, as i see it both enjoyable and useful for future career development. During free, lazy evenings I usually watch some TV series, mostly Sci-Fi genre or enjoy some music, either by listening to it or by playing my guitar.Have a nice day! :)
