• Being the first Service Management contact point for the delivery organization for all the operational activities of the account/customer• Assuming the leadership and the operational responsibility for the resources from the Operational Competencies or services• With agreement from the SM, being the focal point for all aspects concerning service delivery on a day to day basis taking any necessary actions to maintain and to reinforce the quality of these operational contacts.• Owning the operational Service or Account/Customer documentation used within the delivery organization and assuming responsibility for its update.• Participating in service status meetings of the delivery organization, providing information and analysing related to the services delivered to the account/customer and support the SM in the service status meetings held with the account/customer.• Providing the SM with reports on workload monitoring.• Supporting the SM in the establishment of account/customer satisfaction measurements with regard to due services.• Analyzing trends, reporting and finding solutions for any existing process gaps for all priorities.• Coordinating day-to-day execution of the process.• Developing the process according to IBM requirements and rules.• Controlling & ensuring data quality in their area of process responsibility.• Supporting external and internal Audits focusing on the process.• Initiating process implementation • Independently generating solutions, based on analytical skills and business knowledge.
