I am a Local Partner at the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig, one of the world's leading full-service law firms. I specialize in real estate and corporate law. I have extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic investors and developers on real estate sales and acquisitions, restructuring and financing projects, M&A transactions, including joint ventures, and asset management projects. Combining my real estate and M&A backgrounds, I have been involved in a number of landmark multi-jurisdictional transactions for the acquisition of entire real estate platforms, including stock-listed groups.
