I would describe myself as a responsible, ambitious and conscientious person. I approach given tasks enthusiastically and I always finish my projects on time. I always look for opportunities to challenge myself in learning new skills and developing not only myself but also to help others to develop and grow. When I was in a military school, I achieved the best grades and rewards in different fields of disciplines. The main skills that I acquired were discipline, perseverance, and confidence. I also took an active part in survival camps where many times I was chosen as a leader of the group and that has taught me how to make quick decisions, deal with difficult situations, work well under time pressure and perform various actions without excessive supervision from Major and Colonel. Short after, I worked as a team leader which carries a lot of responsibilities. My duties include scheduling activities for all members of the team, helping people overcome issues with work duties, problem-solving, strong decision making and encouraging all workers to work as a team. Later, I become the main person in operating machines. I was responsible to understand the manufacture procedure on new machine and care about keeping it running.
