I have started in the newsroom of gazeta.pl as a video team leader. Since then the website has been getting stronger as the leader of Polish social video market. At the Xcommunica agency, I was responsible for all activities related to video production for the key client - Jeronimo Martins Poland and Biedronka brand. My duties included: production of corporate videos, TV spots production, coordination of contractors’ work, budgeting and accounting for productions. I ensured editorial and production support, my main duties included: daily cooperation with the producers of The Walt Disney Company ("As the bell rings"), coordination of on set work of TV series and creation of the current production documentation.

I provided creative support for producers of The Propeller Film Studio. I was responsible for screenplays writing, problems fixing, and delivering solutions to challenges of the productions.

I assisted in launching Polish editions of very popular tv formats: "Do not forget the lyrics " and " Are you smarter than a 5th grader”. I also worked on reality-shows' sets as daily producer ("The biggest looser "," Single moms "). I organized and conducted cast auditions for smaller productions and created sales and promotional materials.
