Core of my role is focused around running EMEA Client Services function. It's the team of 40+ dedicated specialist based in multiple locations (Poland, UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Jersey and UAE). The team is responsible for supporting the processing of client transaction across a wide variety of products in a timely manner, coordinating across multiple teams and functions.My goal in this role is to make sure we operate in an effective and productive manner, delivering the highest quality of service to our internal and external clients, while also making sure we adhere to all policies and procedures and have our risks in control.In addition to this role, I have local oversight and responsibility for all Business Functions located in Warsaw. This is in total 5 teams comprising of 60+ employees.

Managing teams responsible for Investment & Borrowing Restrictions Monitoring team of funds domiciled in Dublin, Lux and Jersey - up to 30 people.
