I am Mohammad kamil ubedi, working as Assistant Manager of operations and mechanical maintenance in Coal handling plant, Aluminium plant(GAP) and port sector. A qualified Mechanical Engineer offering 12+ years of progressive experience. Over these years I have handledresponsibilities at various capacities in array of functions viz. Planning and Executing- various types ofmaintenance practices such as CBM, Preventive and annual overhauling,Maintenance Management, Planning , safe working procedures, HIRA,Service Operations Management.My expertise in implementing predictive and preventive maintenance techniques to systematically address maintenance problems and ensure maximum operational availability of machine's, sets me apart from others. I have significantly developed sound knowledge of various modern maintenance practices such as RCA, predictive maintenance; advanced safety practices such as HIRA, JSA. In my career so far I have gained experience while handling multiple activities involving working out various requirements with respect to machines, manpower & monitoring overall operations for ensuring completion of work within defined time, cost and quality parameters. Being a multifaceted professional I review the operational practices & identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures, and work on them for qualitative improvement. Also I have demonstrated competencies by performing and delivering results even under tight deadlines. Astute, optimistic and committed, defines me as a professional.
